Looking for active loggers/friends
Titlte says it all really been daily logging for 14 months lost 49lb so far got 34lb to go but even after that i plan on continuing to log and track my food and exercise! :) So if you are a regular diary filler hit me up :) Be nice to have more friends along only have a few regular posters on my friends atm :)

Sugars from fruit
What are the thoughts on this i have been eating clean small meals for 2 weeks now my only sugars are naturally occurring ones but i am allways over my sugars from fruit even though i am allways under carbs is it ok if its fruit sugars? The only sugars i add are about 40g of honey over the day.

Hi all started using MFP about 1 month ago 17 pound weight loss so far but I have stalled now for 1 week no loss no gain sticking to my goals being 100% honest with what I eat and write down. I cycle daily for fitness eat back some of th ecals but leave 500-750 each day to try to help my weight loss but still no more loss…

Lighlty active and don't log or inactive and log?
As per the title i can't decide if i just put lighlty active and don't log my 30 min crosstrainer every other day and 15 mile cycle every other day or set inactive and log it! Im a stay at home dad so allways running around after my kids i walk everywhere as i don't own a car and that totals about 2000 steps per day.…
