I eat 300-600 grams of veg every day and wholemeal bread and or wholemeal pasta or brown rice everyday and im running at 30% protien so i think i have all that covered.

Well i kept being honest with myself have since switched from cycling to the gym and now that 17lb loss is a 49lb loss 34lb to go.

Feel free to add me i gym 5-6 days per week and walk 15-20'000 steps a day and credit working out to weight loss for me they go hand in hand i have lost 49lb so far. 40 min lifting workout 10 mins crosstrainer workout 17'000 steps.

I joined a gym about 2 months ago and have been going 5-6 days a week since. You just really have to put the effort in at the start to get into the routine of goin :) add me any would like support with fitness motivation etc :)

I rnjoy it with honey or stirred into tomato based sauce ie a pasta bake/ tuna veggie and rice dish etc.

I often think thar 2000 a day seems low maybe the pacer app is no good or maybe its just me being over optimistic about how much i actually walk lol

Thanks for the reply:) Im not really sure which i fit into as my job is shopping housework taking the kids to school etc. Has sedentary plus logging all exercise worked for you? i used to do alot more and log it but my weight loss stalled even though i was cycling 160 miles a week.

I am new at this :) I'm going to lose 83lb in total as I'm currently very over weight thank you for saying a week stall is normal I was starting to think I was doing something wrong. I will just keep sticking with the basics keep counting keep cycling and keep being honest with myself :)

I cycle 20-35 miles a day and 40-50 at the weekends with 1 day of in the week. The cals I leave of are cycling cals I eat back about 60% of my cycling cals or I just feel drained/get injuries
