Carb Cycling
Hello. I am carb cycling to lose the last bit of lazy fat. I'm at 20% bodyfat right now. Macros are 20-40-40 with 1580 calories on low days and 2100 calories on high days. High carb days are every 3 days. I drop fat intake on high days and a drop a little protein on high days, too. Anyone else carb cycle and or had past…
