Calories burnt on walking up and down the stairs
I stay at the 1st floor of a building. 3 times a week at night I walk up and down from ground floor to 1st floor for 20 minutes. There are 18 stairs from ground floor to 1st floor. And I've counted the number of times I walk up and down, it's 40-45 times usually in 20 minutes. I cant find the exact exercise on myfitnesspal…
