I stay at the 1st floor of a building. 3 times a week at night I walk up and down from ground floor to 1st floor for 20 minutes. There are 18 stairs from ground floor to 1st floor. And I've counted the number of times I walk up and down, it's 40-45 times usually in 20 minutes.

I cant find the exact exercise on myfitnesspal database. Anyone have a clue on the amount of Calories I burn?

Height: 175cm. Today's weight: 225 pounds.

Search for walk then log "Walking, upstairs" for half the time (i.e 10 minutes). Also note that the estimated Calories provided include your BMR - the amount of Calories you burn at rest - so you need to subtract those Calories. For your stats, your BMR would be about 1.4 Cals per minute, so for 20 minutes, subtract 28 Cals. You can then edit the Cals.

So at 225 lbs for 10 minutes: 136 Cals minus 28 Cals is 108 Cals.

Google "stair climbing calorie calculator" and several calculators will pop up.

Sadly it is not as many as you might think unless your running them.
