Just started jump rope exercise!!!
Its been 5 days since i started my jump rope excersice to lose fat. Im about 168cm height and 104 kg weight. Been trying to do 30 second jump per set around 60 times jump. I been doing 30 sets daily. Trying to build my endurance so i can jump more than 1 minute. Any advice, tips or maybe warning on my jump rope activity??

The feeling after doing planks...
Im about 102 kg person and 172cm height...startes doing plank about 30 sec per sets...after my fourth set, my stomach feels like moving and its hurt like hell...should i keep going??

Eating calorie below goal????
So my daily goal is 1700 cal, if i eat about 1200 cal daily and burn about 500 cal daily. Meaning my remaining cal would be 1000.. Is it safe to lose weight like this???

What does workout 30 minute really mean?
Does the 30 minute include resting???or 30 minute workout without rest?? Just nees to know to track my workout using this app...
