Activity level help
Hi! I've tried researching on here as well as the web and haven't really found what I'm looking for. So hoping someone can help me out.. I'm 5'5" 146 pounds, I have a desk job BUT I strive for at least 11,000 steps a day plus I do at least 1-2 days a week of weights. My question is.. based off my stats and trying to lose 1…
