Fiber?
One of the things I've seen recently in more than one place is that fiber is something that helps your body feel fuller longer. However -- I'm surprised how little fiber I actually eat now that I've paid closer attention to it for 4 or 5 days. Looking for ways to bump up fiber in my diet...ideas?

Friggin Plateaus!
Hey! So I'm fully aware that plateaus happen and I can't seem to hate them any less even so. I know increased exercise/reduced calories often contribute to busting through one. I've been stuck at 19 lbs lost for a week now. AHHH! Any suggestions? Anyone dealing with the same??

Long Term Changes
I read recently that we need to get rid of the word 'diet.' We aren't dieting to take weight off that we will gain again.
