Hi guys I'm really confused on how to figure out calories when I'm cooking my own meals. When I create a recipe it asks me how many servings. How would I know how many servings. Please help !
Hey yall I have another question about Nutrition. MFP has my goal of Carbs 50% , Protein 20% , and Fat 30%. Will I still lose if I change Protein to 30 and Carbs to 40 since I don't eat nearly as much carbs and tend to eat more protein within a day?

Hey guys, My Marcos is showing 7% above "goal" for carbs for the day. I'm very confused. Only had one meal today which consisted of 4 oz of chicken Parmesan, half a cup of cooked green beans and a slice of avocado. Also, I had coffee in the morning with Coffeemate creamer. Please help
