How much should I eat to maintain?
I just went from 156 to 129 lbs. Whilst, MFP says I should consume 1700 to maintain. The actual formula used (that I calculated) says I should consume roughly 1400. How long did it take you to lose 20 lbs?
I am 5’5 and about 150-152, I want to get back down to 130. How long would you estimate it would take me on a 1200 calorie diet, and an hour a day of cardio? Thanks!
