Help! Newbie with a question on calories
Heya! So I have imput my information and MFP suggests my calorie intake be 1900... I weigh 146kg so have LOTS to lose. that seems like an awful lot when trying to lose weight? Or would that be about right as long as I’m filling with healthy fats? I like to eat relatively low carb and am not keen on grains as I get a tummy…

Recording exercise calories?
Hey guys, Which do you log for exercise calories? My bike says 130 for 15 mins but if you type in stationary bike in mfp the calorie amount is much much higher for 15 mins? I assume it's the equipment you are on that you take note of? Thanks
