Need accountability (22yr/old)
After losing 50lbs I’ve gained about 27lbs of that back and need someone to keep me accountable for logging food, workouts, etc. Not wanting anyone who has a shaming mentality in regards to accountability and ideally would love someone of a closer age in 20’s or early 30’s. Ugh. So disappointing.

Anyone else gain weight/not have the scale move during their period? I'm not eating any differently and still working out consistently but my weight is real wonky during this time
