Hi--I'm 54 years old, 5'5" and 188 lbs. I have a Polar hrm, which says my target zone is 110 to 141. Once I get into a workout, no matter what I do, my heart goes well into the 155-165 zone. I assume that's normal, but is it beneficial to burning calories being out of the zone? There's no way to keep my heart rate at 141…
