I'm using the fitbit flex and I'm confused about where to log my treadmill workouts. I don't wear it while on the treadmill so I manually log. When I manually log in fitbit, it adds to my step count which I like. The problem with that is it seems to give me a much lower calorie burn than my treadmill. If I log in mfp, it…

I've lost 9.4 pounds so far and I just feel like my weight loss has come to a hault. Ugh it's so frustrating when you're losing steady and it just stops.
