Just been diagnosed with arthritis in both knees..help me lose weight !!!
I am new to this and need some motivational help..I can't do a lot of exercise due to arthritic knee s and shoulders..Ned to lose weight to help my condition..and help or advice would be gratefully received!!!! I'm Scottish and 55 years old female xxxx
