I have my Fitbit Flex connected to my MFP account. Since it gives me calories for my steps should I not log my runs as exercise? Or should I not log the full calories for them?

I recently downloaded MMF because I'm taking more walks and runs in my afternoon. I can't get the workouts to sync over to MFP though. I've checked that the apps are connected in every way I can think of. Can someone please help???

Fitbit taking away calories
