  • I have the MapMyFitness app and usually track my puppy walks with that.
  • I think that was the problem, because it all of a sudden started working for me, and I don't think I changed anything that would've fixed it.
  • But that's what it is, the negative adjustment. I log activity then Fitbit makes a negative adjustment and wipes all the calories out.
  • Down Dog is a pretty good yoga app, and you get some of the routines for free, so you can decide if you like the style of the all. Also if you look online for Anatomy of Fitness: yoga they have a set that I really enjoy. Good for beginners. Good luck I hope you find what you need.

  • I like to buy as much frozen vegetables and things from my local bent and dent store. If you can find one of those it can help save money.   • Glad you found it interesting. That's mostly how I found it and why I posted it. I get really into researching the little things that go on in our bodies that affect weight and nutrition.
  • Yeah I have been trying to keep a close hold on my calories, I'm just always looking into different hormones and things like that. It interests me to have a deeper understanding of some of the small ways our bodies work. I was mostly just curious as to how many other people had heard of this.
