Stubborn Gain After Long Runs?
Hi, I'm relatively new to mfp, and since starting on Jan 24 I've gone from 231 to 212. I've been exercising 6/days a week for 30 min in the morning, and for the last 3 weeks I've also been running 3-4 miles 3 days a week in the evening. I'm also still exclusively breastfeeding.
