Ran first nonstop mile
It took me 130 days to get here ! I generally run 2.4 miles 4to 5 times a week and have been for a while, but running that first mile nonstop stop was a big goal of mine

Lost 4 lbs !! Yeah for me
Running a mile to 3 miles a day and playing one on one basketball with my kids, counting calories. If you want to see my diaries let me know. Cause I dang sure still drink beer

I eat sushi
Sushi is fulfilling lunch "10 piece California roll" from publix, I you don't like fish they have veggie rolls too. I'm a equipment operator with long hrs sitting & not doing to much movement so the calories are few and I get the full feeling

2 weeks haven't lost didly squat
In fact I think I even gained a pound, I run 5 days a week 1&1/2 to 3 miles a day and play basketball at least 3 times a week. I play basketball
I like to play basketball a couple times a week with my son it's a good workout and great times with my 17 year old, it burns a ton of calories, breaks up the monotony of just running, plus smack talking back n forth makes us crack up . Btw we are awful basketball players and 5'10"

Had afib surgery a success, in recovery gained 40 lbs
Almost a year ago was diagnosed with afib. Surgery was great recovery was painful and long now I have to loose the weight to get off of blood pressure meds which I was never on before. I'm 44 married with 2 teenager kiddos, I live in central Fl. Work out consists of mostly jogging a mile or 2 5 days a week
