Need help with calorie intake
I'm a 25 year old female, 5'1 & 137 pounds. I want to lose 15-20 pounds & have lost 7 so far by counting calories. I have looked up my TDEE & it says maintenance for me is around 1,600 (I don't currently exercise at all even though I know I should even just for health reasons).
