Help! I have been waking up in the middle of the night and eating.
Does anyone else have this problem? I have been eating pudding snacks (60 calories) and Atkins food bars (160 calories), but last night I had severe sugar urges. I have been logging faithfully for 5 months. I am maintaining my weight on 1200 calories a day. But now this night eating is making me gain. Yes I am logging it.…

Reached my weight goal today!
I celebrated by having a full bowl of cereal and milk for breakfast. Now what folks? Do I just switch to maintenance? I lost nearly 30 lbs. Thanks in advance.

How do I know when the diet is done?
I have been losing consistently and feel good. However, I don't know if I should be aiming at a scale number or a size or what signals the end and a shift to maintenance. How do you know when it is time?
