Winter Vegetable Soup!
I saw this on food network and tried it... this soup is top 5 for me! It has absolutely so meat anywhere and you don't miss it at all. After you make it another step further you could take it is to blend it up it makes a good alternative to tomato soup.... especially if you're trying to hide he make from your husband hehe
