How can I get the water tracker on my dashboard?
The only place I can see to add water is in the food diary. I like the new dashboard...can I somehow add a water tracker to that for ease of access and viewing?

This might be a dumb question, but does MFP recognize Beachbody workouts as exercises that we can enter after completion? I didn't see them, but I did see Wii "games" on the list?

Weight loss and stress
Not that it's an excuse, but has anyone out there struggled with weight loss due to stress, and how did you overcome that (more specific than the obvious...deal with the stress appropriately!)

Calorie Goal Adjustments
This is a silly question, but, being optimistic, I'm going to assume the weight is going to start coming off. Does MFP automatically adjust my daily caloric needs based on the weight I enter into the system? Obviously my goals will be different as the weight starts to drop.
