I started Myfitness pal 60 days ago and have only been eating 1200 calories a day. I lost 20 pounds, I dont notice my weight loss, but my bf does.. my only issue, my stomach isnt slimming all the way down and i need to know what are some good workouts to target my stomach ???
Who else is trying to lose weight because of their Birth control made them gain? also, add me so we can support eachother!!!
