How the hell do you curb carbs. I've significantly cut my intake but I still find myself over my carb macros when I don't eat actual bread products. Help! Edit: I normally get sick eating too many carbs. Even though it is fuel, just looking for alternatives for energy in the gym, and carbs seem to be in everything!
