The title is literally goals for this year. Just a stay at home mom just trying to get her groove back, life in order, and cry less when looking in the mirror. Logging meals is definitely a habit I need to try harder at making, so let’s hope this 4th time goes as planned 😂😩
I am a mom of a 2 1/2 month old and have lately been feeling down about the postpartum bod. I have been doing my best to eat healthy and fit in yoga or cardio into my schedule but being new to the mom life it's been a little difficult to find motivation to any exercise. Help! Lol
