Pilates headache?
Hi friends, I've recently started doing Pilates with a Pilates chair I bought for home use. I love it, but every time I do a workout, I end up with a headache. I imagine this is either due to improper breathing or from bending down with the spring resistance? Any pointers for a newbie? Thank you in advance.
