So I just started on a weight loss Journey after many years of trying to diet and no success. I have two small children and I'm constantly busy and it's hard to feed myself and them and my husband and please all. Is there anyone out there that has hit their goal and not had to do crazy workouts and quit eating everything…
I just did about 45 minutes of insanity workout and I don't know how to log it on MFP.
So I am new but I try to stay in my calorie range but I am hungry quite often but I don't want to go to far over my limit but if I don't eat I feel exhausted and have no energy to do anything.

So I don't mind eating vegetables but I have to season them which there is the problem most seasoning is full of sodium and I find it hard to eat them without it plz helpp..... Need good vegetable recipies!!!
