Hey everyone, is this group still alive? Anyway, I recently decided to impliment more deadlifts/rack pulls to my routine, since it seems to be key to build a V-taper body. I did Rack pulls today, but I can't decide whether I'm doing them correctly or hitting the right muscles. Any tips?
