Little help on BMR, TDEE, and Calories Needed please.
I just want to make sure I'm correct on this My BMR is 2092. So if I multiple my BMR by 1.375 for Light Exercise I come up with a TDEE of 2876.5, now if I subtract 1000 from that, I get 1876.5 calories so I can be in a 1000 calorie deficit to lose 2 lb's per week, correct?
