Funny tummy
I used to hit the gym quite often but it's been years. Getting back into it! I've always had these fat sacks on my upper abs. When I used to work out I mostly did cardio so I wasn't surprised with them still being there. I want them gone! Any suggestions? Anyone else struggling with some awkward fat sacks?

Healthy snacks
I have a big snacking problem and I'm having trouble finding a healthy snack. I love oranges and yogurt but they take a lot of sugars up so I end up going over. Does anyone have any suggestions ?
