Funny tummy

I used to hit the gym quite often but it's been years. Getting back into it! I've always had these fat sacks on my upper abs. When I used to work out I mostly did cardio so I wasn't surprised with them still being there. I want them gone! Any suggestions? Anyone else struggling with some awkward fat sacks?

    Fat sacks?! I've never heard this before. Is this a common term?

    Unfortunately, you can't target fat loss. I think we all wish you could :) You can build muscle in the area that you want to tone, but you can't guarantee that the body will burn fat from any particular area. The body takes fat from wherever it wants.

    I don't know about Sacks, but I get these little lumps/bumps like the diameter size of the tip of a pinky finger pushing out or something. I had heard that mine are little fat deposits but I have no idea why. I also have them only in my upper abs. interesting.
