Hey so I've been working out 3x a week on strength with weights etc but I find it very hard to log it in the diary because it varies a LOT by day and I honeslty don't know how to find all the things I do.. how do u guys do it?
Hey all, I've started a 3 month 'bootcamp' to get myself in shape and hopefully lose those pesky 22 pounds. The plan is to eat healthy, lift and do some cardio in between - and to keep building on this even after those 3 months. I would love to add some friends to make this a more pleasant journey, keep eachother motivated…
