Hey well done, but just realise you won't lose weight this fast. I'm week two of this diet and it isnt easy but ultimately it's worth it! Don't focus so much on the weight because it fluctuates and lt could make u lose motivation. Just go for it! Alas the food is rather limited bút you'll soon grow to love eggs lol. Good…

Avocado - either squash it and add Peper and salt or add finly chopped onions (also yummy with hardboiled egg but since u said no eggs..) Tuna salad- canned tuna, red pepper, onion, spring onions optional, jalapeño, pickled cucumber in brine and a tbs or two of mayo/yogurt.

Started littlw over a week ago. I'm also doing keto like @tbollig3 but only have another week left. The plan is to keep up the good work! Been doing lifting 3x a week but need to start fitting cardio in. Good luck everyone!

Doesn't matter, feeling bad about it will only make u feel like giving up. Take a breath and regroup. Be determined to make it work this time. Don't dwell on what already happened; you cant change that.. focus on what is within ur control. If I -self defined glutton - can do it, anyone can ;)

I think, I'm not an expert mind you, that u need to eat right for ur muscles to recover and for u to get stronger. So u should definitely get to a certain calorie amount a day. Also consider the importance of proper nutrition- proteins and (healthy) fats. Reduce "bad" carbs. Hope this helps.. Good luck

I agree it's very hard to find the proper excersice in the strength option. I guess I'll just use another app or as suggested a notebook.. shame though would've loved to have it all in one place. Thank for the help <3

Week 1 into keto diet. Have not had any sugars or carbs. I'm not hungry at all but I honestly cannot see eggs anymore :s Downside is that I'm so so tired all the time.

You should absolutely not be starving. Eating too little can make your body go into starvation mode and store fat. For the rest the posts above have said enough - less carbs, more proteins and healthy fats. And water, lots and lots of water. Good luck! :)
