Effective or no? I've seen conflicting info, research and anecdotal, swearing both camps are the way to go. Any constructive input is appreciated.
29yr M 5'10" 196lb 26%bf I've dropped almost 40lb thanks to keto, a hint of a 6pack is even surfacing. But I've stalled. To improve body comp, should I continue this diet or perhaps try carb cycling instead.
