Carbs are confusing me..plz help.

29yr M 5'10" 196lb 26%bf
I've dropped almost 40lb thanks to keto, a hint of a 6pack is even surfacing. But I've stalled.
To improve body comp, should I continue this diet or perhaps try carb cycling instead.

    Carbs will help with increasing insulin levels for putting on more muscle mass. It will also help increase water retention and hide that hint of a six pack.

    Some find that switching macros can help with a stall, others find that increasing carbs hinders weight loss. Same with playing with calories. I found that an increase in calories sometimes leads to a whoosh. For others, not so much.

    How long is this stall? Has it been at least a few weeks, or months, at the same weight? If not, I would just keep doing whatever has been working.
