10 month journey
It’s been a 10 month journey of losing and gaining weight. But I’ve managed to keep majority of the weight off. The most I’ve lost within this journey is 31lbs. But I’m currently at 23lbs. Down. The struggle is real, but I shall continue this journey. Greatness is ahead!!!

7 Month transformation
I have to say that 7 months ago, there is no way I would have looked this good in a swim suit. Yes I'm still on the heavier side but I am so pleased at the transformation I've made so far. Hopefully this could inspire someone. Let's keep up the good work and never give up. It's a lifestyle change!

Which swimsuit to choose???
So I've been on my weight loss journey since Jan 9, 2017 and have lost 33lbs. I'm super excited. I'm heading to the beach in 2weeks and need to choose 2 swimsuits. I can't decide which 2 to choose. Please give your opinions, thanks in advance.

Build muscle walking?
I just wanted to know if it's possible to gain muscle by just walking as exercise? Cause that's my main exercise and sometimes I weigh myself and the number may not change but I feel and look like I've lost weight.
