I have been listening to lots of podcasts on losing weight. Many of the successful people reference this site for tracking calories and Reddit loseit for community support. I have never heard of Reddit before. I am in my upper 40's, so facing more challenges then younger peeps. What community gives you the most support?

Juicing (how to record calories)
When calculating calories, if using 2 apples, 5 carrots, 3 beets etc., am I counting as if I am eating them? Thank you in advance

EGGS: Boiled (high protein/low carb choices)
Seeking low carb, non-meat high protein sources. If I introduce boiled eggs into my diet, how many could I eat a week? I know there have been tons of studies.. I want to make the best choices.. thank you in advance for any responses.
