I have two favorite salads: Kale, avocado, seaweed, red onion w flax seed oil and fresh lemon. Arugula, roasted beet, goat cheese, avocado, red onion with dribble of raw honey, balsamic vinegar. (Adding walnuts and cranberries adds extra calories, so I omit this on most days).

Thanks gang! I am trying to avoid soy, processed foods while limiting dairy too lol! Vegan Raw was my temporary goal but this also isn't realistic, I am finding out. Today I made an awesome arugula, beet and avocado salad. Almost 500 calories! Dressing was dribble of raw organic honey < tsp and balsamic vinegar. I am limiting dairy but added 1 oz of goat cheese. New to this site! Two days in and cannot believe how a simple lentil pasta primavera or beet arugula salad could add up to 500 calories each (next time, I do without 5 dried cranberries and 2 walnuts and save myself over 90 calories).
