How do you avoid skipping exercises and workout plans?
How do you motivate yourselves to keep going and not skip workouts??? It's very hard for me to keep up with my workout schedule as I follow it for 3 days then stop :s

Just the basic stuff, like I'm kinda unable to believe this, for someone that weighs 113 pounds half an hour burns something around 300 kcal, I go for 5 hours usually and I weigh 113 pounds, I take quick short 2 min breaks in between, does it still burn as much when taking a break or does it HAVE to be continuous? How long did it take you to get the splits?
I tried forcing it another day (I know, bad idea) and I couldn't do it (obviously) but it now hurts a bit to stretch my right leg (the part where the thigh and body are attached, I don't know what it's called) so I guess I will really just have to follow this path and work on my flexibility til I get there.
