My scale says I gained 20 pounds in 4 days and I'm stressing.
On Thursday morning I weighed in at 228 pounds and then went home for the weekend. Over the weekend I didn't eat the best, I had lots of sweets, breads, and fried foods. Unsure of my activity level
I'm unsure of what to classify myself in terms of how active I am. Every day I walk/jog for at least 2 hours and generally I strive to go longer than 2 and get closer to 3.
