Weird Cravings After a Good Run
Does anyone else have weird cravings after a good run? For me it's a glass of diet coke, has to have ice and either a lemon or lime wedge. I think it's the fizziness of the diet coke that I crave. I will actually think of it towards the end of my run knowing I will reward myself with a tall glass of diet coke!
