I like meat. I don't crave any sweets unless I get bored and have a little bit of low carb protein bar or something along those lines. I do ok on weight watchers unless I eat bread or a food that has raisins, fruit, or nuts It is so hard to make a life style change when I can't decide what to eat for a long time goal.
I want to loose about 70 lbs. I have failed over and over! Not sure which diet program I should use. It seems that weight watchers has the best rating when I used google. Help!!!!!!
