So tired of trying one diet after another.

I like meat. I don't crave any sweets unless I get bored and have a little bit of low carb protein bar or something along those lines.
I do ok on weight watchers unless I eat bread or a food that has raisins, fruit, or nuts
It is so hard to make a life style change when I can't decide what to eat for a long time goal.

what matters for weight loss is a calorie deficit..

set MFP to one pound per week weight loss
get a food scale and weight all your portions
    log everything accurately and consistently
make sure that you use correct MFP database entries
    keep protein high
    get sufficient nutrition
continue to eat the foods that you like within your calorie goal

if you do this consistently you will lose weight and keep it off.

    This^^

Weightloss is from a calorie deficit.
You can eat fruits, veggies, and green smoothies all day but if you go over you'll still gain weight

    Eat all the foods.
Just don't eat ALL the food.

    ^^^ so much this.

Eat what you want, just not AS MUCH as you want. Make sure you are meeting your nutritional needs, but at the same time don't cut out all of the things you love.
Stop "trying everything" and just learn how to manage your daily calorie limits.

I don't think you need to decide now what you will eat for a lifetime. Make sure to log what you eat, and be careful of quantities if it's high in calories.

I've done WW, South Beach, etc., but prefer the "Eat Less, Move More Diet."

I focus on the foods that fill me up the most and save a little room in my calorie budget for treats.
