Eating back calories at 1270
I noticed some people don't eat back any workout calories. I'm wondering if there at a much higher daily calorie goal. If my daily calories is 1270, is it smart to do a 1 hour bootcamp class and not eat any extra calories or is that asking for trouble? Calories burned in intense boot camp class
Hi, Thought many of you would have a good idea. I do a 1 hour bootcamp class (very intense- not for beginners). We do an intense warm up of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, etc. Then follow with interval style and "chabata" where we give it our all for 45-90 seconds and then rest for 20 seconds..... lots of mountain…

So I had my days calories, but then stopped by my moms house in the evening for a visit when she was serving up a full roast beef dinner and ice cream cake. I gave in and ate which put me well over my calories for the day. About 1,000 calories over my daily goal..... Do you guys try to 'make it up' by eating 300 calories…

Hey guys, Another newbie here. I've done several of the calculators and keep getting difference amounts for my calorie goal per day. I don't want to set myself up for failure nor do I want to gain weight. Can someone please just give me the answer.... :) When I plugged the info into MFP it gave me 1200 calories a day.…
