Fitbit calories
I have myself set at sedentary and I log my insanity workout every day. I wear a Fitbit for my heart rate monitor. At the end of the day MFP shows my Fitbit calories burned as well as I what I logged from insanity. I have just been deleting the Fitbit calories. Is this accurate?

How many calories? I'm confused
Myfitnesspal calculated that I should eat 1350 calories daily to lose 2 lbs per week. I generally burn about 450-500 calories with every workout, so I've been eating between 1600-1700 calories on the days that I work ouT. On my off day, I stick to the 1350. Is this right? Should I eat more? IIFYM says not to go any lower…

Shakeology alternatives?
I received a couple of samples of shakeology and I loved it! I can't afford $130 per month for it though. Does anyone have any recommendations for another kind of shake that's similar and cheaper?
