How many calories? I'm confused

Myfitnesspal calculated that I should eat 1350 calories daily to lose 2 lbs per week. I generally burn about 450-500 calories with every workout, so I've been eating between 1600-1700 calories on the days that I work ouT. On my off day, I stick to the 1350. Is this right? Should I eat more? IIFYM says not to go any lower than 1800, thats with subtracting 25% off of my TDEE. Insanity's meal plan tells me to eat like 2500. I want to make sure I'm eating enough to fuel the workouts but I want to lose fat.

    What you're doing seems just about right! Lots of people here, myself included, eat about half of the exercise calories given, since MFP tends to overestimate burns. Keep it up!
