I don't know how many calories are being burned when I do weights. I did arms today and I wasn't sure how to calculate it.
Research before i start meal prepping. Not sure how many calories i'm suppose to consume a day. If this helps: 150lbs. Goals is 140. Weight lift 2-3 times a week. Rest one day and other days cardio. Appreciate it! (:
Protein Shake recommendations? Going to stay away from chicken and eggs for awhile or forever. Haven't made up my mind completely but definitely want to start drinking Protein Shakes. (: I do weight lifting 1-2 times a week and cardio the other days.
