There once..
From April 10th to May 10th I'm participating in a squat challenge that also incorporates lower body exercises. Is there anyone else who is doing the same or something similar? What are your goals? What are your meals like? Do you use protein powders or creatine in your pre/post workout drinks?
Exams always stress the life out of me. I tend to neglect my health during periods of high stress. I'm looking for motivated and dedicated people to keep each other in check of pursuing personal fitness and/or health goals.
