Logging exercise or using Fitbit sync?
I have a Fitbit and I also have been using the MapMyWalk app. Both are sync’d to MFP and my steps per day from the Fitbit are being calculated under exercise. I walk at a faster pace and according to my Fitbit I’m in cardio mode the majority of the time. So my question is do I log the walk too....for instance 3.5 for 1 hr?…
